  In a prison cell I found myself on my knees praying, asking if this is where my life was going to end. By the grace of God, that cold cement floor and orange jumpsuit were only the beginning of what would become the radical journey of life in which I am now walking freely. I knew that it was my passion to own that role and be intentional about it. Through each day I provide individuals with the inspiration, hope and love to believe in themselves and achieve their dreams. The leadership role that has been placed upon my life drives me to offer others help exactly where they are at, no matter what. In prison I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and piecing together the story of my life to provide others with strength and belief that anything is possible. I founded Freedom From the Inside Out with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on every day in my mind and to navigate the transition from being incarcerated to out in the world. The mission of FFTIO is to give others the freedom that I have found.
