Have you ever heard of the phrase should of, could of, would of? This is an huge psychological inference that deals directly with regrets and mistakes from the past. Holding onto these things only makes it harder to proceed in the now and in the future. Next time you say, "should of, could of, or would of," redirect your thinking to "I didn't and that's okay". Many situations in life require choices that we make. These choices can sometimes impact the future in very small or big ways. Be kind to yourself and know that even if you wish you did something differently in the past, it does not have to define who you are in the now. Make the most of situations and take the time to heal. Keep your circle small, strong and mighty with positive people in your corner. Don’t invite others into it until the time is right. Involving others in your hurt only makes the healing process more difficult. Don’t jump from puddle to puddle but build your boat mighty to take on the ocean of your dreams. Don't hold yourself back and just let go!
